Service Contracts
Here at Fortress Security Services we specialise in giving our customers complete peace of mind
24 hours a day 7 days a week. All the systems we install come complete with a 12 month parts and labour warranty,
but what happens then?
Anyone who wants to continue with this peace of mind can renew the warranty annually for a
modest cost. We write to all our clients about a month before the warranty expires with the offer to extend it for
a further year. If a client wishes to extend the warranty then we arrange a date to visit the premises and give the
burglar alarm system a full check, replace any parts if required and then issue a written service / warranty sheet
that can be used in many instances to gain a reduction on your household insurance policy.
Existing Burglar Alarm Systems
What if you didn't install our alarm? I hear you ask. Well we are pleased to offer the same
great peace of mind cover to any domestic burglar alarm system and would be pleased to come and service
your alarm system and place it on one of our service contracts. We offer a no obligation quotation and site visit
to discuss your requirements.
Repairs & Maintenance
Not everyone wants to take out a service contract and we are more than happy to just carry out
repairs and maintenance to your security alarm system as and when the need arises. We never charge for call outs
and wherever possible will give you a cost of the required works before we start. Any repairs we carry out are
covered for both parts and labour for 12 months and on some larger repairs we may include a full system service
contract free of charge.
